Follow California based Courtnie for her bright and beachy feed featuring healthy recipes, yoga, and non-toxic beauty recommendations. She loves encouraging her followers to make healthy living enjoyable.
3. @aeriallynn
Aerial Lynn is not only a wellness blogger and yoga instructor, she also has a passion for mental health and psychology. She is currently going through the last year of her Clinical Psychology PhD program to become a psychologist. She reminds her followers that balance is key when pursuing several passions.
Rochelle Bilow has a multi-faceted background. From her role as social media director at Cooking Light Magazine to her culinary degree, and even writing a book, her Instagram and blog make wellness approachable for all. With a PHD under her belt, Chelsea’s mission is working with marginalized communities. With tons of kale handles out there, Mary’s caught our immediate attention.
