About Your Instructor
Beth Thomas, PharmD, RPh
Beth Thomas, PharmD, RPh is an AFPA-certified weight management specialist, an AFPA-certified nutrition and wellness consultant, and a licensed pharmacist of 15+ years. In addition, she is the CEO of BMT Consulting Services, LLC (previously BMT Coaching) as well as a Medical Expert for Verywell Health and Health.com.
Her weight struggles inspired her to start her own company, focused on helping busy women harness the power of nutrition for permanent health and weight transformation. In 2020, AFPA named Dr. Beth’s company as one of seven Black-owned health and fitness businesses that are changing the industry.
