About Your Instructor

Lois Duke, MS, RD, CDCES

Lois is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She holds a master’s degree in nutrition from Columbia University and a master’s degree in education from the Bank Street School of Education in New York, NY. Currently, she is employed by EXOS Human Performance as a Nutrition Specialist in Corporate Wellness at Johnson & Johnson. 

She has been working as a dietitian for 20 years in a wide variety of settings, including diabetes, weight management, sports nutrition, and wellness. She loves to cook and has attended culinary school and worked in the culinary field.

Her passion is to bridge the gap between nutrition and the kitchen, motivating others to implement nutritious and delicious foods into their eating plan. In her off time, she’s an avid cyclist and loves to hike and play with her 8-month-old golden retriever.
