Rachel is a registered dietitian, NBC-HWC certified health and wellness coach, and certified yoga instructor. She holds a master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics and a bachelor’s degree in psychology. With a decade of experience, Rachel has a diverse background in public health, healthcare, and her private practice.
